I would like to share some strategies I used on my hair early in my recovery.
I would bag my hair every other night for over a year.
Sometimes I used coconut oil with oregano oil and other times Kleen Green spray with coconut oil. You must make sure to dilute the oregano oil in a mixture with the coconut oil as oregano oil full strength will cause harm to your scalp. You can purchase the plastic hair bags 15 per pack for 1.00 at Walmart.
Oregano oil has high antioxidant levels. In general, antioxidants help fight free radicals in the body. Free radicals can cause damage to the body’s cells. Oregano oil and the carvacrol it contains may help fight bacteria. (This information came from Healthline)
I have also found the Kleen Green hair products very helpful.
