Life Changer In today’s world it’s so unfortunate, especially to us, that the simple daily tasks are now a chore. Wouldn’t it be amazing if our daily tasks became a choice! Okay so here’s the secret, it is OUR choice! Whatever that has made us so sick certainly has a major impact on everything, but changing our direction to the Protocol & this Community will be what makes us stronger, healthier and way so much better in all aspects of our life!! One Choices to start the Protocol, staying connected and to reading and then reading some more will be what it takes, but you got this!! And don’t forget to share your stories and communicate within the Forum! Another pivot as we press forward. Newbies it’s so so important for you to stay connected with Mel. Hello to all my fellow Warriors, I hope everyone is coming along and well on this Happy Monday! We are now coming the close of 2019 which seem to have flown by at lighting speed.
