As we are told knowledge is power, the more you understand how Morgellons works, the more able you are to understand how very important it is to stick to the protocol.
When I arrived at Mel's site I didn't understand anything and as I really struggled to concentrate on reading, I found coaching worked best for me, everyone learns differently and I found talking/listening was so much easier for my brain, all I needed to remember was to take notes.
Taking notes before my coaching was vital, so I didn't waste time trying to remember things that were important to me to ask, then jot down the answers.
Get a note pad just for your coaching, not bits of paper that are easily lost.
Remember Mel knows all there is to know on Morgellons and how to recover from it.
Don't be shy in asking him anything and remember he has heard it all before ...he is a "man of the world" has a lot of experience of life.
Just take this opportunity to gain as much insight of this disease as you can whilst it is available.
