I hope this finds our readers free from the virus and enjoying reading this forum.
For the Newbies here, Mel our Coach has many years' experience of Morgellons and has access to many other leading professionals that help with relieving issues that come with this disease.
With coaching Mel helps us to silence our inner voice ...that voice that is shouting run for your live! We all have that fly or flight response, flight is normally what we with Morgellons go though, before we learn about what is going on. Mel talks us through our flight feelings and explains this is normal but something that can be controlled.
During your coaching time with Mel, he will give you the ability to take control, he understands that you need support to get through but he also knows that you to have confidence and knows you need to gain as much knowledge as you can this is where coaching comes into its own, especially if you are like me and find talking and listen is easier to take in rather than reading.
Remember to jot down questions that you would like to ask Mel, before the start of your coaching calls, many of us think... oh I will remember that and then it goes before you know it, this is part of the annoying brain fog that many of us have been through.
Mel has been coaching for many years now and understands that you might well be scared or apprehensive at speaking about issues you are experiencing, however please remember the more you can tell Mel the better understanding he will have with helping you on your road to recovery.
