And let's the weary and lost know that there is some safety and security for them within reach. They just have to trust and gently swim in the right direction. | Dear Leigha,
There is so much information on this website it can be overwhelming; especially when dealing with brain fog. I remember when first finding this community I had to read it little by little. But there was great comfort in reading about other people's journey as it helped me to feel less alone.
So please understand, there are no "mess ups" here. We have all been where you are. In the beginning, I felt like I had the lead role in a Science Fiction movie or was having a bad dream. But after accepting that I had MD, I learned how to fight!
The first thing I did, was make diet changes (especially no sugars) before starting the protocol. It took several months before I decided it was time to understand the science behind this disease. In addition, I went to Logo's website and researched the protocol and how each supplement was beneficial to restoring my health. Finally, it all began to make sense.
However, this takes time, perseverance, and faith. You are in a community where people have conquered this disease and are willing to share their journey's. So remain strong and come out fighting! You can win.
May God bless you as you continue to heal. Remember, he is with you! "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
In Christ Love, Laura |
