Best advice; take it one day at a time. There are many phases and stages to this disease. You will have some good days and some not so good days. Remember you are not alone.
Continue to post your journey so you will see the progress and changes you make. Sometimes I go back and read my thread "My Journey Through Poetry." It is wonderful to see how far I have come since that very first post.
Embrace this journey with courage because so many things will change for the better. You will have a new appreciation for the simple things in life. In addition, you will gain a great amount of knowledge. But it takes time; slow and steady wins the race as they say.
