Thanks for keeping all of us in the loop by posting these numbers. It's very sobering to see how widespread this disease is...and while it's sad to see the prevalence, it's also good to know that so many people have found your site.
If any new people are reading this...please stop and take a deep breath. There is hope, and you have found it.
It'll be ok.
The road back to your life isn't short...it is long. It requires discipline and patience...but the good news is that it's do-able.
You may be feeling overwhelmed in reading all of the info...and may even be feeling kind of like you don't even know where to start. Please don't worry about those feelings...we all felt that way.
You are welcome here. There are many kind and caring people walking along the same path you are. Please join us.
Ok...I know I've said all this in posts before...but every time I see all the countries represented and all the pages read, my heart just goes out to all the unseen people sitting behind computers scared to death...so it bears repetition.
The weather is heating up here in the northern hemisphere and that means more things that bite...and more symptoms that make themselves known...and sometimes symptoms that get worse because of the heat. That means more and more people will find their way to this site in the coming months.
So...if you're scared and looking for answers...please try not to worry...there is an answer, and it is here.
