I am feeling deeply touched and awed by the true caring and kindness that is in this community. Like others who came before me, I am discovering that there is a silver lining here...while none of us chose to be here, we are learning so much about how to reclaim our bodies and our health, learning to have faith in God, and trust in the goodness of strangers. I found a photo of myself at age 1...I put it up on my wall, so every day it reminds me of who I was and will be again one day.. smiling, in the pink of radiant health, with sparkling eyes, and full of life and joy. So, at six months now, and at 14 drops per day now...things are happening. I have tolerated the MMS well ...and suddenly, it's as if a switch has been thrown, and now I feel longer like I can't take another dose of it..I've been purging a bit sand-like specks, very small black fibers, and black specks occasionally. Had sticky goo come out of my fingers a while back. What's new are the intense headaches..never had those before, and Mel assures me these are a sign of herxing. Yay!!! Queasiness, nausea, and mild burning in my throat now when I take the MMS. I am longing to take a break from it, but will not until I herx big-time. Still get tiny tiny pinprick 'papercuts' and had one or two tiny lesions..but they healed normally, in a couple of days, which made me extremeley happy. My skin is now healing from wounds in a normal way. Getting red spots/fake pimples on my neck and face a bit...happy to see things are exiting my body. Good riddance!! Yes, I am anxious and afraid..it's hard at times to take the MMS mentally and physically...but it is concretely helping me...and this community gives me strength and hope. If you are new here, please know that this protocol really does WORK!!! Thank You God, and Thank you, Mel, for devoting your life to helping others. Is it frightening to go through, and difficult to follow? Yes, no question. But it is not nearly as hard as having full-blown Morgellons...and all that that entails. When I think back to all the symptoms I had in the beginning, the stages of my improvement are so dramatically clear--the weird white flies zooming at my head every day, brain fog so thick that I had to read the protocol 4 or 5 times to get it straight (I was taking things at the wrong time!), the intense biting that was so severe that I would cry out, the crawling sensations, the lesions, the hexagonal glitter, and so on... all of that is gone...only occasionally will I see something out of the corner of my eye fly past, occasional wiggles and a mild bite here or there. So please, whatever you do, stick with the diet, and stick with the protocol! It is getting easier to talk about this with my husband and kids now, too, for some reason. They see me making it a priority to get onto the conference calls on the weekends, when my work schedule permits, and they understand it is helping me...I need this community. Being on my own from a young age, I tend to try to do things all by myself, but maybe this is a lesson from God that I need to lean on others a bit now..and reach out more. As Mel says, we don't have to go through this alone. What a comfort! We will get there, friends. We will all do the happy dance together one day!! I feel it. Love, Mimi | |||
