I HAVE SAID IT BEFORE, GOOD FRIENDSHIPS ARE DEVELOPED HERE
Hi Katharine!

Yes, I would love to exchange numbers! How do we go about doing that, I wonder? I guess I can ask Mel on a conference call. I am hoping to make the Sunday call this weekend, as I think the one today I may not make ;-(. I do love hearing from everyone.

To answer your question, I just add straight borax in my bath...I have not tried the laundry soap for the bath. I feel I get very good results with just borax and epsom salts. Or Kleen Green! Just had my first WPS bath (now that I'm at 14 drops a day)...Mel was right, it is quite effective at pulling things out!!

Now purging blue fibers, instead of black, in very small quantities. No idea where on my body they are coming from, but they are in the bath water as soon as I get into it, it seems...I don't feel things pricking as they are coming out of my skin, which is a relief.

I've increased my water intake, and that is helping a lot--makes the WPS easier to take. Also, holding my breath while drinking it is quite helpful. Getting more fake pimples/red spots here and there on my face and neck...they are there for a day, then disappear overnight. Also, finding dead M's just below the surface of my skin on my torso..they fall out easily. The WPS is doing its job..yahoo!!!!

I Have not had a bite in a long while now...fingers crossed it stays that way! Do feel the occasional wiggle here and there in the soles of my feet.

I truly feel I am winning this battle, inch by inch. It is incredibly gratifying to wake up each morning feeling my vitality level a wee bit higher...the extra sleep I am trying to get, per Mel's advice, is TRULY helping!!
I am a night-owl, and I love nothing better than staying up very late reading, watching old films, and puttering around the house ...but now I force myself to get into bed by 10 pm and what a difference it makes!

When my brain tries to grapple with the seeming impossibility, inexplicable weirdness and frightening aspects of all that has happened, and is happening to my body, I start to get anxious. I've come to realize that I don't need to understand this disease, necessarily (maybe when I'm well I will feel strong enough mentally to delve into it, and read more about it...but not now) but I DO need to understand how to help my body beat it.

I go the website and reread Monica's story of her progress, which I found very encouraging. I know I will always continue to stay on the protocol of Logos supplements every day, and silver, as needed, for the rest of my life. I will always pay close attention to what I eat, how much I sleep, and no more caffeine addiction for me, ever (this coming from a 2-3 lattes a day girl!).

I have totally changed the way I take care of myself--for the better.

Hello Chrissie!,

I've been praying for you, girl! You are in my thoughts very often. You sound like such a lovely sweet person. I hate it that you are suffering from the surgery on top of everything else. I pray God heals you completely and quickly.
Know that many, many of us are rooting for your recovery, and looking forward to hearing your voice again soon.

love, Mimi
