Both Mel and John assure us that catching a cold is a sign our immune systems are starting to work normally again. I don't fully understand how this is so...but I trust them. My brain is very tired these days, along with my body. I rest in the afternoons, and hate having to wake up to pack kids' lunches...oh, to sleep in!! I love the MMS baths, which I take only once a week. Love infrared saunas...they are wonderfully relaxing, and are detoxifying. I am still purging very tiny amounts of blue fibers, and black and white specks in the bath. Sometimes it hurts like heck when one of them makes an escape but usually it only hurts when my skin is overly dry. Keeping the skin moisturized seems to help offset the pain of them leaving. Still feeling a wiggle here and there, and itchy scalp at times. Definitely, this thing goes in cycles...Lord, give me patience, and give it to me NOW! ha! Still wiping up a few black specks in my kitchen and family room...but not in other parts of the house. The dog spends his days mostly in the family room. I am closely keeping an eye on him, and giving him and the kitty MMS in their water every day. I recently discovered I have very high mercury levels in my blood for some mysterious reason, so I'm about to start some sort of heavy metal detox, with John and Mel's help. Really hoping this will help soothe my nerves which are very frayed lately...heavy metals affect the nervous system. I am going easy on myself, and taking breaks when I must. My kids are understanding that mom is not (by a mile!) as patient or as happy-go-lucky as I once was...my husband is long-suffering and patient too! Poor, wonderful man...when he said, in sickness and in health at our wedding, he had no idea what he was signing up for! Ha! Currently, I am worried about my cat and dog...every time they scratch, I wonder if it is M. But...no lesions, no frantic scratching, just the occasional scratch. The dog does give off black specks in his bath water, but the vet says this is dog blackheads coming off...of I cannot recall if he always did this, or not. I am thankful for the good days, and try not to despair on the icky, itchy days...what a joy it is is to listen to birds sing again! Nature is a lovely tonic, isn't it? Here's to our perfect health one day soon! | |||
