For those of you who may need to fly while on the protocol, just wanted to give an update. I am happy to say that everything went smoothly-- Into cargo: I packed two smallest-size unopened 4.5 oz. plastic bottles of the WPS in my luggage, along with an 8 oz. glass full bottle of silver wrapped well. I put in my carry-on backpack the following: packets of supplements divided up by each day of travel (7 envelopes per day). I bought small TSA-approved bottles and partly filled them--bottle 1 with the Citric Acid, bottle 2 with the Sodium Chlorite...I chose different color bottles to distinguish them, and packed an eye dropper to measure them out, a cup to use, along with an empty refillable water bottle. Before leaving home, I emptied out half my bottles of supplements and kept one half at home in marked glass jars, and packed the other half in their original containers in carry-on, so that I would have about 10 times the amount I would need, just in case. I'm so glad I did! My return flight was canceled, and due to packed flights, I was forced to stay an additional two nights. I read that personal air-purifiers are no longer allowed on airplanes. I forgot to bring a disposable paper face mask (the kind you buy at the pharmacy to wear when you have a cold or flu), but ended up just wrapping a silk scarf over my nose and mouth while on the plane...and napped. Sticking to the diet was not that hard...I just ate the same things every day. I got good at quickly taking my mid-morning dose of WPS in any location..amidst luggage and wall-wall people in an airport check-in line, cafeteria, pool, shower...wherever!! If you have to travel by air while on the protocol, it can be done! much love, Maria (aka Mimi) | |||
