Hi Mimi,

Thank you for the very kind words :-)

I hope the weather there is better now that April has arrived, and you are no longer feeling the depression you were feeling in March.

It's great that you have been listening to and enjoying the archived conference calls. There's so much to learn from listening to both the recent and archived calls.

I can understand your concern over being around your family when it comes to them loving to cook, and expecting you to eat and enjoy their cooking. It seems to be hard for family members to understand why we need to be on such a strict diet. We don't have a disease they can just look up and read about, so it's easy for them to think we are exaggerating the food issue. It's great that you are thinking ahead on how to deal with that problem.

It's fantastic that your hair is looking more like it used to, and is no longer falling out.

This disease certainly can be hard mentally, so the fact that you found acceptance and more clarity after being on the protocol for 7 months is very good. If you haven't read "Follow the Journeys", doing so might help and encourage you.

"Follow the Journeys" is where some of the journeys of people who have gotten well are posted. To read "Follow the Journeys", just look at the subtitle links at the top of the page, find that particular link, and click on it.

It made me smile when you mentioned your nightcap of silver and MMS :-)

Even though it's not pleasant to have a bad cold, it's great news that your immune system is kicking in. I hope your cold is gone now and you are feeling better.

I'm very sorry to hear about the high mercury levels they found in your blood. Hopefully the detox will help a lot concerning that.

It's really great that your husband and children are being supportive and understanding, when it comes to your health and the adjustments you have had to make.

I love that you have shared so many great tips in your thread. It's always nice to hear you on the Saturday and Sunday calls. I'm glad this community has been a blessing to you.

Psalm 131
A song of ascents. Of David.

My heart is not proud, Lord,
my eyes are not haughty;
I do not concern myself with great matters
or things too wonderful for me.
But I have calmed and quieted myself,
I am like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child I am content.
Israel, put your hope in the Lord
both now and forevermore.
