Dear friends, and fellow warriors,
At 18 months, and 6/6 drops of wps.
So, it's been a while since I've posted. Things have been quiet and calm in my body for the past few months, up until recently. My weight has stabilized--I'm back to my optimal weight, and my sleep has improved greatly (averaging 7 to 9 hours each night.) I have days of no activity, followed by a mild wiggle in my foot, or a mild bite on an ankle, or an itchy scalp and forehead. Very rarely, a fake pimple appears, then disappears overnight.
WPS baths (36-40 drops wps in a jacuzzi bath) cause purging of white specks, and a miniscule amount of black fibers.
Then, in the last few weeks, things got tougher, for no apparent reason. My diet was even better than it before. Symptoms I had not experienced since the early, horrible days came back--sharp biting sensations in feet and ankles, scalp, increased MD activity--feeling them move in my body, increased purging at all hours, headaches, grittiness in eyes, brain fog, fatigue. The night before last was one of the hardest nights yet...I was terribly frightened by all the symptoms: severe nausea, dizziness, purging of white and black specks, brain fog, fatigue, listlessness, headache, weakness, dark, strange-smelliing urine, high anxiety.
I bought some coaching from Mel, and promptly called him the next day. I desperately wanted to call him in the middle of that horrible night, but didn't want to wake him (the man needs his sleep!)
It was the best $50 I have ever spent. He assured me that everything I am going through is normal at this stage of my journey. He encouraged me to read Thomas' journey, which I did. It helped me understand. I may (I certainly hope anyway) be going through "Custer's Last stand" where MD fights back in a ferocious way. It is incredibly confusing, and scary...but going through it with help from Mel makes it bearable. I needed to hear him tell me it's "normal" and a positive sign, and that it doesn't mean the wps has suddenly stopped working, and that I have somehow lost all progress I had made over the last 18 months! It sure felt that way.
The path to recovery from this disease is uphill all the way...it is full of twists, turns, blind alleys, cul-de-sacs, and mountains. But there is a final destination in sight for every one of us!
I cannot encourage you enough: purchase coaching from Mel--no one knows this disease like he does.
If you don't have money to buy coaching, I encourage you to call him anyway. He will do his best to help
The longer I am on this journey, the more I understand that
God is with me, and us. He will heal us, each and every one, as long as we do our part and stick to the sum of the parts.
So many miraculous things have happened to me along this journey.
My youngest daughter, who starting suffering from symptoms of MD, was cured, with the help of Mel and John B's Heaven-sent supplements. I had never been so out of my mind with fear and desperation as when she became sick, and I will be eternally grateful to Mel and John for helping her. My husband and other daughter remained in good health, free from MD, thanks to God. My husband got laid off just before Christmas, then somehow managed to land a great job, after months of unsuccessful looking. The job came through just in the nick of time, when we were at our lowest point financially.
My tutoring business took off, without me even trying to build it. Somehow, by word of mouth, new students came, right when I needed the income. This allowed me to decrease working in the schools, giving me more time to rest.
Keep trudging up that hill, friends.Meet you at the top!
much love,
Maria
