Hi there friends,

a number of days ago someone from another new country visited the website: Georgia.

Georgia is a country located at the intersection of Eastern Europe and Western Asia. It is a part of the Caucasus region, bounded to the west by the Black Sea, to the north and east by Russia, to the south by Turkey and Armenia, and to the southeast by Azerbaijan.

Following are some facts about the the many species of animals and plants of Georgia:
Because of its high landscape diversity and low latitude, Georgia is home to about 5,601 species of animals, including 648 species of vertebrates (more than 1% of the species found worldwide).
A number of large carnivores live in the forests, namely Brown bears, wolves, lynxes and Caucasian Leopards.
According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature, there are 4,300 species of vascular plants in Georgia.

Let us remember people from the country of Georgia in our prayers. We continue to be thankful for the translation tool on this site than enables people to find hope and help about this disease.
