Sri Lanka is a beautiful island country in the Indian Ocean, famous for its beaches, forests, mountains, tea plantations, and amazing wildlife.
It has a rich history and culture stretching back thousands of years, with ancient temples, colourful festivals, and plenty of delicious food. The people are warm and welcoming, and the country is known for having a wonderful relaxed feel. It’s also one of the world’s most famous tea-producing countries, so there’s an impressive amount of tea to enjoy:-).
