I am very sorry you and your puppy are going through this. It’s tough on everyone. I’ve been treating my two dogs that have this as well. Here is what I do.
1- feed low carb canned dog food. It’s easier to digest. Or feed him boiled chicken. No grains. I add raw pumpkin seeds as well.
2- use Revolution- it’s mainly for fleas but also has parasite meds as well.
3- put WPS in his water. Start with 1 drop and slowly increase every week. I am up to three drops and will stay there for a while.
4- give him probiotics for dogs and an omega fish oil every day.
5- wash his coat weekly with anti- parasitic shampoo. You can get it on Amazon. The name is Veterinary Formula anti parasitic, antiseborrheic medicated shampoo.
6- wash his bed with Odoban (I use eucalyptus) and whatever soap you use. You can also use clean green if you can afford to. Wash in cold water.
7- spray bed and his coat daily with clean green.
