I understand people being apprehensive I too was the same, I was confused, the brain fog didn't help one little bit but all I can say to everyone, is now you have dipped your toe just stay with us, watch and listen and when you are ready come and join us in the forum and get the support that you need like I did.
I have been on the Logos protocol for just a week now I was slow in starting as I needed to get my head around how I would remember to take the tablets, where would I keep them, my mind was in a spin silly I know but sometimes I cannot process simple instructions or work out how to action things.
This all changed when I found these "Safe + Sound Extra" 7 day pill boxes, they are deep enough to hold all my daily Logos tablets for a week, no more worrying, I can fill them up for the week ahead. I have bought another box after finding they were just the right size to hold all the tablets so I have breakfast,lunch,tea and night time for seven days, they even have a cute push button to flick the lid open :)
