Don't despair, even though it can all be overwhelming.
I have had great success with Diatomaceous earth and have put it in every crack, and crevice, along baseboards, spaces where pipes come in the house, on carpets (can be worked in, then vacuumed).
I mop the floors with kleen green, you can do the walls and ceilings, depending on your energy.
A seriously good air cleaner can be rotated throughout your living space.
I started with these two actions and expanded from
there.
I spray kleen green on myself as often as needed.
I add kleen green or borax to my laundry.
Essential oils really help when diffused in rooms, as necessary.
Good luck, I know that it is a lot but just do one thing at a time and you will quickly make a huge difference.
