Thank you :) sometimes I think and wonder... am I getting better, but a friends daughter said the other day that I seemed so much better then when she saw me 6 weeks ago!
Yes I am getting better it is slowly but surely, it is a gradual process with my energy levels and that is just fine by me, but I do tend to question myself that I am improving.
There is no doubt about it, being on the low carb and no sugar diet has helped so much, my skin is 100% better but sure did know it when I "fell off the wagon" the itching was awful but temptation was to much and I succumbed to it, however I will not be doing that again...once bitten!:)
It is such a shame that all those visitors didn't come back, I see the footfall has gone back to how it was before that one exceptional day.
I hope people do come back and get the help from all you lovely people like I have.
There isn't anywhere else that has the expertise on this awful disease!!
