My skin is still really good just one lump on my throat which is a bit annoying and with very little itching in fact I go days without any, I feel so lucky.
I feel so tired again, some days are worse than others and my brain fog is still an issue.
I know I am going in the right direction thanks to all the encouragement that is freely given here ? , I know it is a slow process so I must be patient .

Re boyfriends - No they had to dance Northern Soul, this dance can be a little energetic with back drops, kicks, flicks, spins and some fancy foot work, the music that is called northern Soul is American music that never made it over in America but made it big over here with the Lancashire Northern Soul scene.
