Do hope you're well.
I experienced the same thing last week with a lump sitting seem like on my vocal cords which made ,y throat very sore...only to discover it was one of those nasty patagens sitting on it.
So, I decided to take one of Mel’s old remedies which I found by listening to a years confernece calls when I started this journey in June 2018. I brought a ice bag from Duane Reade which maybe a Walgreens, Rite Aide, or CVS there, filled it with ice and set it on my forehead and then my throat for 10 to 15mins...when I woke up the next morning I coughed up something which looked like a pebble and my throat has been fine every since....
Now I use the ice pack on my entire body.
Mel solutions WORK! I hope this help you. These things sit in the most unlikely places in the body.
