Hello, all! Despite my significant brain fog, everyone once in a while, I still manage to have moments of brilliance, and I believe I had one today, inspired by Mel’s 10-year anniversary conference call. I think we should all give Mel a Valentine’s Day present this upcoming week. I just told my husband that all I want for Valentine’s Day is a contribution to Mel through Mel's Go Fund Me Account.. After all, let’s think about it. He does SO much for all of us...probably none of us can ever thank him enough for what he does. Here are some awesome reasons to pass up typical Valentine’s Day presents from our spouses or significant others: #1: FLOWERS: They die, and this website is all about LIFE! #2: DINNER OUT: Seriously, we’d all be better off eating in and controlling the ingredients! #3: PERFUME or COLOGNE: All they do is add more toxic chemicals to our bodies. #4: CANDY: NONE of us should be touching the “poison” anyway; it would be like handing an addict a drink! #5: JEWELRY: Having worked part-time at a jewelry store during the summers when I wasn’t teaching, I can honestly tell you this: all it is is (a) ROCKS and (2) METAL. You can definitely live with out it. The average retail jewelry establishment marks up the price by 300%...not kidding! #6: A BOTTLE OF WINE: Once again, poison isn’t the best present in the world! Perhaps, we can even start an annual tradition for Valentine’s Day...that Mel gets the presents! Happy Valentine’s Day from me, Mel...and hopefully from many others! If Alan doesn’t send you a contribution this week, you just let me know! Mel Says I"ll lend you my hockey stick. Jamie

Hi Jamie, This was such a fantastic and thoughtful idea. I agree that it should become an annual Valentine's Day tradition. Mel, I hope you had a great Valentine's Day. Thank you for all of the love and kindness you show to us throughout the year. Love the pictures :-) Cheryl

No cause could be worthier, and no man is more deserving of our help, gratitude and appreciation than Mel. I've only known Mel a relatively short time, but I have come to understand that he is a man of integrity, a healer, and a man who has dedicated his life to God, and to helping others. I credit him with saving my life, and my daughter's life, too. Every day, I feel grateful for Mel's help, and for the supplements made by his friends at Logos. They are filling the huge, desperate gap left by the medical community who has yet to acknowledge Morgellons even exists. I hope you will consider making a donation--any amount will be helpful.
