Wow, you sure did your research! This post is so full of great info, and helps anyone new to this website. As we all know this disease is overwhelming, and the ability to focus is impossible at times. All of the information you listed is key to getting started on this protocol. And will lesson the burden when we cant focus, where we can get off to a great start! All the articles and posts you listed refer to many of the questions I had when I first came to this website, and were very helpful to me in making the decision to start this protocol!
I'm so thankful to all the people here that have, and continue to be such an amazing support system! This disease strips us of so much, leaving a lot of us feeling helpless, isolated, and frightened! I know how alone I felt, anyone that hasn't had this disease will ever understand what we suffer with on a daily basis...
My heart is full of gratitude to all of you, and I can never thank you enough for all each of you have personally done to save my life! Mel, you honestly inspire me! Your strength was what encouraged me from our first phone conversation, on September 23. That was the day my life truly began again! I knew for the first time in 2 plus years, I was going to get well! What a blessing you are to all of us, God has great things in store for you my dear friend!
So to anyone who is new to this site, God led you here for a reason! All the help, support, knowledge, and guidance is right here! We all have a bond, and I know God has a plan for all of us. God, and many of you here, give me the strength needed on my journey to gaining my health and my life back...Thanks from the bottom of my heart!
