Let me help you with the hair aspect:
Wash hair with tea tree soap, leave on about 5 minutes or more.
Rinse
Lather up sulfur soap, leave on for 5 minutes
Rinse
Go to your sink, have your head and hair down
Spray 1:7 kleen green dilution (1oz of kleen green : 7 oz of water)
In your hair, make sure your scalp is covered with kleen green.
Use a comb, comb from neck downward to the forehead over the sink,make sure the teeth of the comb scrapes the scalp, but not hard.
Leave kleen green in.
You can get the azure sulfur soap at Walmart.
Kleen green is from Natural Ginesis.
As for food, please look at the articles on diet. Anti fungal, alkaline foods.
