Hello warriors

THE BLACK AN WHITE SPECKS

I believe the black and white specks are fungal spores. The black spores are active, or alive, and the white ones are inactive, or dead. Either way, I always view it as a positive when they are exiting the body because I believe they are what produce the fungal fibers that move under the skin. They will often surface after oiling the skin with Coconut oil. Try to pay attention to removing them from the skin quickly. Visually looking for them after bathing and oiling is important as they will often re-attach to the skin and create pimpling and symptoms in and on the surrounding skin.

I see it as a VERY GOOD sign when they come out. This should tell you that you are killing the disease at an earlier stage in its' growth. Every black and white spore you purge means no fiber production from it. Thus, you are lowering the ongoing burden on your immune system that the fibers and fungal growth they spur create.

Strength and Love and 'stay in the fight!'
