YOU GET WELL IN STAGES
From my experience working with people, I have learned that the time for meaningful recovery is governed by a few common variables. Healing response (herx) time frames are as well. It will depend on what co infections you have, how loaded up with biofilms your body is, and how long you have been infected. These three factors help you decide how far the infections have disseminated (gone system wide.) This will then help you cope with the amount of time you may need to reach remission.
The MMS will fuel herxheimer (healing reactions.) Your personal experience with your herxheimer reactions will tell you how efficiently you are detoxing. These will shorten in duration as your bioterrain restores. Expect to move through several stages with many healing reactions. Accept that die off will cause symptoms. This is part of getting well. Be brave!
During each episode, replace fear with the knowing that you will feel noticeably “cleaner” on the inside, yet lighter and more buoyant on the outside, after each episode. There is no room for fear when you know what to expect. Stay the course and you will succeed.
