Hi Mel,

I'm very happy to say that the protocol will be delivered on Monday and the customs charges are 31 pounds instead of 68 the last time :-) that's good!

I am happy that Glenn figured out a way to get it to me for less customs monies. Just vat and clearance fee, no customs duty on it.. Thanks!!!
