Hello Everyone & Welcome!

Fall is for sure here & for me it’s also a great reminder for what I’m truly thankful for and I am so so Thankful for the HCAF!

Receiving the amazing gift of the HCAF is truly saving my life.

There are no words which could ever express how thankful I am!

Thankful for all those who have given and to those who continue to give!! Without the help from our donors my healing would standstill.

I am forever grateful!!
