Hello All,
Here is my entry...

I have been really lucky if you can call it that, I have never been a foodie due to my other health problems, so going on the diet to control the activity of the Morgellons was a sort of breeze for me!
However, saying that there were many things I needed to learn, like foods that I thought were good, were in fact really bad for the condition.
I can't remember every sort of food I use to eat all rubbish for sure but one thing I started eating just prior to understanding and working out what was needed to stem the skin issues, was a banana on rice cakes, as rice cakes weren't that filling, I would have 4, I find out later i was consuming well over my 30g daily allowance of carbs in one sitting, these two things added up to a massive 49 carbs and this is with the fibre subtracted.

I soon learned after scanning every packet and tinned food in the supermarket for their amounts of carbs, there was no easy fix, I had to knuckle down and eat fresh foods that were low in carbs, high in fibre grass fed and organic where i could.
This put me in good stead to calming the issues that comes with Morgellons. This is what a ate for the first few months, as I said I am not a foodie so my foods were very basic but they worked, I now have tinned tomatoes and carrots and eat Bolognese sauce minus the mushrooms.

Eggs(as many as I could stomach)
some fresh meats
Fish
green veggies (not root ones)
all salad veggies
Almond Alpro milk
Plain Alpro yogurt adding stevia
