I’m really glad to hear that you started the silver and have ordered the protocol! I’m sure Logos will get it to you as fast as they can...it is such a phenomenal company! They really do care about how their clients are doing. Hopefully, you will have some contact with John B. along your journey. He is an amazing person—so knowledgable.
I think it is a great idea that you are going to see a more holistic dentist. It’s really important not to add any more toxicity to your already stressed body.
It sounds like you have made some great changes to your diet! There is an immense amount of information about food and diet on the forum. The Beginner’s Packet is truly informative.
I’m sorry to hear that you have had some anxiety. Hopefully, you were able to get it under control quickly. When Mel senses that I am anxious, he never fails to remind me that it is worse than sugar and feeds the little critters! However, I feel your pain. Sometimes, it is so hard to control anxiety when it rears its ugly head. Fortunately, you do yoga, which I am sure it is helpful.
