I'm of the mindset that I need to have faith. That God has a plan for us all, and I will heed his calling.
I appreciate its only been three days on silver (upped it ever so slightly with spraying silver on to the cavity affected teeth) but it appears its elicited a response. Lots of black fibres and some specks coming from under the skin, I might have to wear a long sleeved training top to the gym as my arms are getting quite bad with pimples and red marks. My legs I already cover as they are bad. Better out than in, and if this is my body starting to fight back, then carry on fighting.
Gym has helped these last few months. I would like to keep going as much as I can through the detox. I've gained flexibility, some endurance and strength, and it's been great to elevate mood. I box, and it's been very satisfying doing pad and heavy bag work. It's helped to let out anger and frustration.
I cam across Theresa's thread from a search engine sweep. Wow, I love her outlook and attitude. Warrior mindset.

Maintaining diet, exercising, taking the silver, protocol ordered. Teeth a little agitated but appointment is on Monday, trust in the path, faith and God.
