Thank you Chrissie and Jamie, really appreciate your replies.

Chrissie, I will be incorporating nettle tea in to my growing tea emporium lol, and thank you for recommending Justin's thread to read, wow that guy is so, so impressive. In fact reading through the forum, I've been so inspired by some of the incredible people that have walked these virtual halls and have left their tale to help others.

I was reading a thread by a young lady named Amanda. She had great fears about her parent's and siblings health that lived with her and how they were in denial. I'm in a similar situation in that I live with my mother at the moment, and whilst I've stopped talking about mites and itching or any health ailment to her - to reduce her own stress load - she does still very much believe it is in my head. I worry because she works hard and she tends to spend her time at home in the ONE room that has visible mold. I hear her cough and sneeze sometimes and she assures me that it is hay fever as opposed to a reaction to mold. I can only say so much before it becomes a point of argument, so I have to accept that people make their own decisions and I will always be here to help. I hope and pray to god she is fine. I spray down the toilet seats, taps and bath after I've used them with Kleen Green, but there isn't much else I can do. Well, I suppose I could always do more, but reading Mel's comments re: environment lends me to believe that is more to do with the individual's internal biome than anything else.

Jamie in regards to exercise, I'm scaling it right back. Listening to my body and Mel's advice, it needs to rest and recuperate right now. My energy levels dipped significantly the last two days and even walking up escalators - free exercise - is hard, so I don't. I think my reasons for going to the gym was two fold, one was to exercise, release endorphins and sweat out toxins, but the other was to be around other people. It's a very friendly gym, lots of regulars and classes and since I now work nights, I miss the interaction with other people. Interesting because before I was quite comfortable with my own company and didn't venture out so much, now on the other hand I want to be out and about doing something every day. That being said, I have to be aware that rest is vitally important - more so when I receive the protocol and start on the Logos supplements - and I have to be realistic.

I hope you are ok, and I know many people in the community including myself send you their love and positive energy.

One last point on activity, I will still be doing kundalini yoga. It isn't traditional yoga in the sense that a lot of it is to do with breath work, meditation and chanting. I find it helpful and believe in energy and chakra alignment. I would visit a Reiki healer friend if I wasn't so worried about passing anything into his home. Again, listening to my body.

Diet has been ok, eating a lot of vegetables, seeds, nuts and proteins in the form of canned tuna, grass fed beef, chicken and eggs. Tried a few herbal latte mixes from pukka herbs that you mix with dairy free milk, the cocoa one is delicious (next to nil carbs/sugar) and has ashgawandra in it. A very potent herb used in Ayuverda, good for helping with stress but also works as a potent androgen for men. It only has small amounts along with Macca, but I felt a big surge in testosterone (not necessarily a good thing - more energy, but also brought on oily skin, spots and hormonal pimples...). Throwing that out there for the guys on the forum.

I find that at times my body craves carbs. It could be the adjustment, I've been Keto for quite a while now, but it could also be the parasites. I've never really had a sweet tooth and would generally always politely decline the myriad of sweet baked goods that were placed all around the office, but upon first developing M symptoms I started to gravitate towards the crap food. I would pop into the shop across the road before work and pick up one or even two almond croissants. Even my colleagues were surprised, really not like me at all. Since then I've had that 'pang' on a few occasions, but right now I really fancy a freshly baked crusty baguette, with salted butter and slabs of cheese. Weird that I crave it but I can also feel how I would feel afterwards.

I've been on the silver twice daily for over a week. Noticing improvements in some areas and battlegrounds in others. I've been trying to limit the spraying of Kleen Green on to my body, I've got some swelling and cramping in my calves and need to get bloods done to see how my internal organs are functioning. I saw on the bottle that it has minute amounts of potassium in it, and well, given i was bathing in it, spraying down frequently on problem areas throughout the day and letting it dry, I figured a lot of that will be entering the body via the skin. That and it was giving me quite dry skin at times. The itching can get bad though at night - less so when I spray myself first with Kleen Green. Woke up last night with the itch across my stomach.

Oki, hope you all have a great day and week, I'll speak to you all on Saturday!

Love

Timothy
