Hi all,

Hope you are well and shining bright :)

So I've been on the protocol for two days, silver for about two weeks and wanted to share some observations. Shortly after taking the silver my skin has increased the amount of black fibres that just pop out the skin when I rub my hand over it with Kleen Green, exponentially. Huge amounts, the bath looks pretty crazy after, It's like a magic trick, you just can't explain it.

Those times when the skin itches and lets me know its time for another purge, it engulfs large portions of my torso. I spray it all with Kleen Green as it comes out but it ends up sitting on my skin as I wipe down with the t-shirt I'm wearing. CAN THEY BE RE-ABSORBED? and how should I be wiping myself down?

I put on coconut oil at night as a moisturiser and the fibres stick to me. Little awkward when I think I've wiped it all off and realise after speaking to someone that there is still quite a bit on my neck. Ah well.

I realise that this is the bodies way of purging, and it's interesting to see new areas that I guess were dormant before start pimpling and then dispensing of the fibres. I've also noticed that certain people seem to subconsciously itch when around me. Not everyone, but a few people. Quite why I don't know. That and brain fog hit me for the first time on day two of the protocol.

Mel has been great letting me know how we are going to progress on the protocol and treatment and Chrissie, thank you so much for being you, and thank you to you all reading this.

So I've been doing more research on foods, carb values and those foods with specific healing properties. First of all, let me say my body sometimes craves junk food, not constantly, but it comes and go. Sometimes buttered toast, other times sweet pastries, and then the rest - burgers, kebabs, pie and chips. All crap food, but the way I get over these pangs is by eating whilst watching youtube eating videos. A little strange haha but helps. I watch them eat the pizza, burgers and junk food, aware that I crave it but it's bad for me, whilst I'm eating salad and protein.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think I'm a terrible cook, quirky yes, but I generally enjoy the food that I make and it's quite satiating. I'm thinking of starting a WhatsApp group so we can share photos and meal ideas, get inspired and share ingredient/ cooking tips.

Still adjusting to Keto - having to up my water intake as I was retaining fluids, as well as sodium. Apparently as ketonians we need to drink about 3.5 - 4 litres a day. Good for cleansing the body of toxins as well.

So a few things to pass on;

1. Radishes apparently are not only very low carb but are great to fight against mold toxicity in the body. Delicious with diced cucumber and lettuce with lemon juice and white pepper dressing.

2. So following on from the lemon and cayenne pepper drink, I thought I'd power up my avocados similarly. When halving and removing the stone, I fill the reservoirs with squeezed lemon and sprinkle in some cayenne. Delicious.

3. Rooibos tea - thank you to Peter's thread for switching my on to this tea - anti fungal and great to drink. I will pick up nettle tea as well, and generally cycle between rooibos and peppermint tea at the moment (peppermint is very good for relaxing).

4. Sesame and chia seeds (picking up some ground flax as per John's recommendation) are so small I tend to sprinkle them over salads and canned tuna with oil. Don't generally taste them but they add a nutrient power punch to your meal.

5. Add chopped coriander (good for metal detox), garlic (I eat 6-7 grated raw cloves a day) and ginger to meals (another fantastic reminder from Peter's thread). Garlic is a powerhouse and I guess I;ve been missing it because, slight detour, after reading about it's anti viral capabilities and feeling greatly better from a bad cold the day before a date, I was drinking it fairly regularly along with lemon water. And then I stopped... I should of carried on, I would always praise garlic to any of my colleagues with a cold.

I've stopped going to the gym. It helped initially, but as I find my energy levels and reserves dip I only do kundalini yoga. It's gentle, a lot of breath work, meditation and chanting and some series of poses. Has helped open so many doors within me and I believe the removing of internal blockages helps awaken the prana within us all to help heal the body. It's also helped me to be aware of but not attach to feelings that rise up within me. I've felt frustration the last two sessions and it's been hard to not let it overwhelm me and the session. It's part of the spiritual and emotional healing process. Lots to release.

Situation at home is a little difficult. My attempts to prevent/ limit infection has been interpreted as I consider those individuals to be dirty and unclean. I've explained on many occasion that if anyone is 'unclean' then that would be me, and I am spraying after myself and requesting my laundry not to be touched it is for their benefit. I'm considered delusional - which I can deal with to an extent - but to compound that with their own self pity/ issues is a bit much. Plate kind of full right now. The inevitable irrational explosion of emotion occurs and unnecessary stress arises. Again, the yoga and meditation helps to detach from these scenarios. in fact, I went to the Dr's today for swelling in my ankles at night and after he took my blood pressure a pop up on his screen read - SICK PATIENT. Being somewhat confused as to this miraculous device that clearly was no mere blood pressure gauge, I asked the GP. Apparently I have low blood pressure. Interesting. A little too chilled then lol. He wasn't; concerned. Well he is about the swelling.

Love to you all,

Timothy
