THOSE WILLING TO TAKE THE STEPS RESTORE THEIR HEALTH
Hi Timothy,

It's good that you now have the protocol and the silver!!! :-).

I know it's not easy re more purging, but it's good that you understand fully the, 'Mel-ism,' which is, 'better out than in.' I'd just wipe the fibres off with tissue sprayed with kleen green as best you can.

It's really good also that you are able to work from home as you go through this difficult process.

Yes, many of us have or have had certain people itch as they are around us. I have also had certain people trigger off my itching also. We are hyper sensitive and some others are more sensitive to us. It does not mean that we have infected them by making them itch, as their itch is temporary. It is best however, to limit physical contact whilst this is still happening.

Have you found your symptoms can be worse around your computer also? Many report the fibres coming up when near a source of EMF. The fibres do seem to be brought to the surface and affected by radio waves. Some find it better not to hold the laptop directly on their lap and turn off WiFi at night, limit EMF exposure. Also if at all possible, it's good not to have a smart meter in your home. As this emits radio waves that you cannot turn off when not in use.

It's been nice getting to know you Timothy :-).

Ha, I do that too!! I watch people on YouTube eating pizza etc! It can be oddly satisfying! Who would have thought that :-).

Ha, I have never heard of Keto people being called, 'Ketonians.' Did you make this word up Timothy or is it real? It sounds like some strange alien race from the planet Keto :-). Keto would be quite a succinct and nice name for a planet don't you think?

Good you are doing all you can to change your diet and optimise your healing. Also, I'm pleased that yoga is helping you emotionally to cope with this difficult journey as well as physically.

Sorry that it can be difficult at home at times. Sadly, most people who dont suffer this, never fully understand what we are going through. They can see our behaviour as weird, even if we are trying to protect them. At such times, as you say, it is best to take a step back and not get drawn in emotionally.

It is good to distract ourselves, whether with yoga like you do, or gentle piano music like I do.

We all need to find something that helps us to relax or rest, especially when times are tough.

Take good care,
Chrissie
