Started the silver two days ago, four servings at this point. Observations so far, energy levels dipped yesterday and markedly so today, some anxiety popping up - although not M related. I've got two cavities needing to be fixed in partially erupted wisdom teeth. The dentist wasn't sure if they were able to use a composite filling or needing to use a glass ionomer (which apparently is used when the area can't be kept dry from saliva etc for the filling to set properly).

Issue is the glass filling contains fluoride and leaches fluoride throughout it's placement to 'protect the teeth'. I came across a report of a woman suffering terrible headaches and stomach issues until she was able to have them cleared out. Seeing a holistic dentist on Monday to have another look and hopefully she will either be able to use the composite resin or suggest another non toxic substance to use.

Other than that I've switched up my meals to a protein source, green veg and fats. Using a lot of spices for flavour and nutritional value - turmeric, raw garlic and some mixes 'Jamaican jerk', 'Ethiopian Berbe' and 'Harissa' that I picked up from a stall at Borough Market. Loving the flavours and no doubt my body was craving the vegetables after so long of neglecting my diet. Making a spreadsheet of meals at the moment and looking at where to source grass fed organic meats and veg. I won't be eating huge amounts as a lot of calories will be from coconut oil/milk and extra virgin olive oil, so hopefully not too expensive. I found Peter's thread and reading through that at the moment, lots of great bits of information - will be drinking roiboos tea for one. Really, really appreciate everyone on this forum and contributing to bring our collective wellness.

The Logos order that I placed I hope will be sent out soon so I can properly start the protocol.
