Cheryl- I vaguely remembering hearing the song from a film, so glad you mentioned it. Going to stick this on to the summer playlist - along with season of the witch :). Think we found the theme tune to the blog. Ok, so updates, skin is continuing to purge, comes in bouts. At the moment the black fibres are causing raised rivets and then when rubbed with Kleen Green come out in the droves. I don't actually show anyone else because whilst it's one way of irrefutably getting the point across that 'this just ain't normal', I don't actually want to freak anyone else out. I see it as counter productive bizarrely as unfortunately modern medical practices aren't just up to speed on how to help just yet. Interestingly I developed this long raised cut behind my right ear, very straight, don't know how it got there, didn't cut myself, but it's there. Skin on my chest plate connecting to the neck has taken on this rippled raised look, quite something else, wonder if I've smoked something and I'm tripping. Onwards we go. Just to say these are just observations, so if anyone reads this again, they can follow along with how things go, you've just got to go with all this as part of the healing process. I've had swelling in different parts of the body as well, weakness/fatigue in certain muscle parts. The protocol is helping for sure. Absolutely fantastic formulations and I can completely understand why people maintain the logos protocol after healing, it really does supercharge you! I've done some research on chlorella and spirulina (both very good for heavy metal detox) and found a company that has a whole section on how they produce it, importance of purity etc and most importantly they are growing it in spring water in Taiwan. I've read that quality from China and other countries can be hit and miss with pollutants in the water, however Taiwan is the gold standard. Will see how that goes. Having read through more of Peter's blog, who was coached back to health by Mel (Very, very interesting and what good information ) I've come to realise that a lot of this, for myself at least, whilst complex, is probably rooted to exposure to molds/funghi, elimination of gut flora from heavy steroid and antibiotic (albeit short stints) with unknown ailments, as well as build up of metals and other toxins that impeded the flushing of the body and suppressed the immune system. Given the fibrous nature of the ailment it is reasonable to make the assumption that, whilst a sum of the parts, fungus plays a large part in this. The reclaiming of, and restoration of the gut is the key to a lot of ailments that inflict the human body. I used to be somewhat shocked when other people would talk of parasites and attribute it to pretty much everything that people were telling them of, but hey, it starts to make sense. Our bodies have an incredible ability to heal itself, when not beaten down over years of chemical exposure, toxins, plastics and metals and goodness all the other stuff just standing by a busy roadside throws into the lungs. It's about cleaning shop and getting the Ferrari that you are purring again. Ppuurrrrrr haha. Speaking of unknown ailments, it's all starting to make some sense. Whilst currently I'm exhibiting MD, my immune system has been pretty low for longer than I first thought. Wounds would take a lot longer to heal than when I was younger and certainly other relatively healthy individuals. I thought hey, that's just me I suppose, but actually no, that's me with a repressed immune system that was put putting away and throwing up these warning flags saying hey! hey! it's not all good here, you really need to look and start dealing with this. I developed a 'mysterious throat' issue, two consecutive years in a row, first was painful, the second time landed me in hospital. Not the most comforting of scenarios though when they send you a junior ENT doctor who simply has no idea what it is and lets you know as such, but STILL pumps you with IV antibiotics and steroid because my blood work indicated I had some form of infection due to my white blood cell count. It went after a few days, but the thoughts of what it was, why did I get it, will I get it again? just didn't seem to pop into my thoughts at the time. I guess I just didn't want to think about it again. I've been doing a lot of thinking recently. Interestingly I view life very differently, every day is precious, I am very, very grateful to be alive and to be here in the world. Kundalini Yoga has opened up a lot of doors in my mind and I;ve thought a lot about what I want to do in this life. Jamie - I'm really sorry I'm by no means an expert but I will be asking at my next class about a specific Kriya that might be useful and can be followed along on youtube. It's specifically for disease resistance, and I'll try and find the link again or perhaps it'll come up in a google search, but there is a kundalini yoga teacher who attributes the daily practice of this Kriya to significantly help her with chronic lymes. Again open your hearts and minds, the world is a place filled with love. It saddened me today waiting at the side of a busy road junction for a bus. I had bags of shopping with me and the bus took 20 minutes. I didn't mind the wait so much. whilst inconvenient and a waste of time, it was the endless stream of traffic and pollutants in the air. We're killing this planet and our bodies. In the same way that our internal gut flora and immune systems are becoming systemically overloaded and careened towards tipping points, the earth is as well. The bigger picture is that we not only need to heal ourselves, but heal our Mother Earth. On a more personal front, I'm looking to change jobs for the interim. Finishing in the early morning is not good for me. I'm considering trying to find part time work in the day, waiter/bartender, it'll put a strain on my finances but it'll be more flexible and I'm hoping somewhat less stressed than my current position which has it's moments. I find that in these moments I am starting to scratch myself. Love to you all, and as a takeaway, I really do believe that food is thy medicine. Peter was eating a core staple of potent ingredients with pretty much every meal, and rightly so! I've got a few staples that I will continue to use, not only for their health benefits but also for the taste - Grated raw garlic, ginger, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds (so easy to blend into other ingredients), coriander, turmeric, lemon or lime juice and cayenne pepper. Create your cocktails ladies and gents and get drinking (eating-you get the picture :D)! Timothy | ||||||
