Thank you both for your responses and Robin I'm glad you are finding this thread useful :)

The reason I have been delaying WPS is not from fear, it's just I really needed to get organised before things start to get really rough. I'm down for it but I'm somewhat ashamed to write this, but, up until last night I was sleeping on a mattress which had one of those plastic wraps that you use when you transport them, a waterproof plastic duvet and pillow and no bedding. It was a horrible experience getting into bed each night, the plastic over time despite wiping down with Kleen Green began to get sticky and smelly, that smell pervaded my room and my clothes and it was not a pleasant situation. So I ordered a new mattress and protectors since the old one, whilst functional had all sorts of strange looking objects underneath the plastic cover and heck I was not going to risk opening that up, and that finally came yesterday. I can't tell you how lovely it was last night sleeping with bed linen and a proper duvet!

So in terms of symptoms, I started out with the black fibres, itchy scaly skin and some small lesions. As we progressed down the rabbit hole, patches of crocodile skin came and went, the lesions started to spread and my skin has started to get super dry and the itchiness is probably because it is so dry. I occasionally get light headed, nausea and yes I did have to vomit on an occasion, but it's all part of the ride.

The dry skin is what's concerning, I've always been a shedder as it were lol, as in I'm used to dry skin, but after wearing an item of clothing for a day, the inside is coated with flecks of dry skin (I apologise for the rather revolting image), indeed even after washing, there are still enough flecks still on the clothing to need to shake out in the sun when dry. Similarly my duvet cover and sheet is covered with an almost unfathomable amount of dead skin cells from one night of sleep! In the bath, if I lightly scratch the surface of my thighs, it's not fibres that come out but rolls of dead skin that when you press up against a surface, smear and take a great deal of elbow grease to rub off. I say all this because hey, this is the journey thus far, I want it to be an accurate account of what's going on. I've still got some of the crocodile skin that came with the full moon around my neck and chest, the lesions are quite prominent on my calves, they're like small red lines that snake across the surface with the occasional scab appearing at junctures.

In regards to the protocol, I need to buckle up. I'll be honest, there are times when I am out of the house for 12-16 hr days studying, writing applications or attending learning groups. As a result there are times last and this week where I have taken my morning does of supplements together instead of spacing them out and then when I get back in take the lunch, dinner and evening supplements all in one go after a late meal. I will stop doing this. The only person I am cheating, the only person I am letting down is myself.

I've got a lot going on at the moment. I've applied for two positions and hopefully I get to interview. In the mid term my passion is to be a developer. Alongside writing applications, prepping and networking, I am attending free courses on Javascript, HTML and CSS. If someone asked me what my career goals was a couple of years ago, I wouldn't of been able to tell you, perhaps I would of given some non committal answer about a start up in fashion. Now I know. I want to develop applications and software that can impart positive impacts on important socio-economic and environmental issues. I attended an all day workshop recently where we were split into teams, trouble shooted, designed, coded and pitched an app for diversity in the workplace. My team won! I can't say how proud I was of my team, and they commented that the app we developed (largely my design :P) could actually be developed further into a package that HR directors can use to take to the board to illustrate how productivity and ultimately profits can be improved by (for example hiring a female board member - a Mckenzie study highlighted that this singular act can increase profits by a whopping 40%).

Anyhow, I hope to be in a position where I can develop an app for this site for people to run on their phones. Pop up reminders on when to take your supplements and what to take, a slide out with meal suggestions and reminders on diet principles when out and about and needing to select something to eat, the ability to save threads for later reading on to the app from the website. Lots and lots of potential functionality and cross over with the website.

Right, apologies for the length of the post. I'll see you all Saturday and I'll be in a position Sunday to start the WPS - as in all my systems should be in place - and I;ll be asking on Saturdays call on how to mix it up and any tips :)

Hey, remember this, you are all beautiful people shining bright. You are important, you are strong, you are making a difference and you WILL make it through this. We will do this all together.

All glory to God.
