I was reading through your thread and saw where you messed up on your diet a while back. As Jamie replied to you, everyone makes mistakes. Whatever mistakes you make, or any of us make, the important thing is not to give up!
Thank you for posting the beautiful quote from Linn. I had never heard about the lovely meaning of Psalm 121:5 until I read that.
The all day workshop you attended sounds interesting. It's great that you did so well and your team won! It's a VERY nice thought to want to develop an app for this website that people could download to their cellphones. It would be great to have pop-up reminders concerning supplement times, etc.
Something that might be helpful to you now, in reminding you of good diet choices when you are out and about, is "Mel's Morgellons Protocol Beginners Packet". "Mel's Morgellons Protocol Beginners Packet" is a booklet that you can download to your phone or computer. It contains lots of diet information, recipes, and other helpful information concerning the protocol.
You can download this booklet by clicking on "Tips for Beginners", located in the subheading links at the top of the page. Clicking on that link will take you to a page where you can read about and download the booklet onto your phone or computer. Once downloaded, the booklet can be printed out as well. You will also see a Meal Schedule that you can download.
