Put washing clothes in the search engine, if that does not help, call me!
Hey Cheryl :)

Thanks for posting the link to the beginner's protocol, I've been following it from the start but have not been making many of the recipes -mainly because of time and an allergy to almond flour. I did find some great tips on the recipes thread and thank you to Karen and the other wonderful contributors. No egg wraps in the UK, but we can get Konjac noodles! I'll be looking to try them.

So I have been on WPS 1 drop morning and night since Sunday. I get the occasional bouts of headaches, fatigue and nausea, but interestingly I find eating something and rubbing some white tiger balm into my temples helps to alleviate symptoms. I'll be upping to 2 drops this coming Sunday.
I must say this keto diet (although I blooming crave potato and french bread lol) is good to tone the body. I can see why a lot of bodybuilders/fitness models adopt this diet at some point. The dry skin has been alleviated somewhat with coconut oil, oh I bloody love coconut oil! but still, have some remnants of the tiger skin from the full moon and the lesions on my calf are still quite prominent, although drying out and getting a little better.

I wonder if anyone has any tips on clean-smelling laundry? I use borax, white vinegar and non-bio laundry detergent and ok, my clothes going into the wash don't smell so bad, but coming out of the washing machine has this not so fresh smell, definitely off, and the dining room gets filled with this almost egg-like sulfurous smell with my clothes hanging up - no such problem when I washed sheets I had just bought.. It's hard to describe, not all my clothes are affected, the towels predominately I can't seem to shake the smell off them. I thought maybe if it's a musty smell it could be mold in the washing machine, but loads that my mum does don't smell at all. Also when dry, they no longer smell - except the towels. Then I realised that my room smells after a bit if I don't get round to mopping the floors, and I'm wondering if this could be the smell of biofilm. I used to use the handtowels to wipe the biofilm from the bathtub and since then can't get the smell out, so I'm putting two and two together and obviously not using towels to clean the bath anymore. I've thought maybe using a longer cycle, adding more detergent, or will this resolve itself? When I will start ironing again I'm thinking of using a lavender spray.

Speak to you all soon and lots of love
