Hi all,

Very happy the website is back up and running!

Been going through some trying times in the last few days. As you may know from my first post, I believe the vector for infection back in April was from a bird, or rather something that was living on said bird. A few days ago, I was walking through an alley and as these crazy birds like to do, a couple of them flew up over me and landed on the walkway ahead, pecking mindlessly at the ground. It still causes me issues seeing them after the torment I went through. Anyhow, a few hours later and i feel a crawling sensation again. I hadn't had these for months and well, yes, it took a lot not to lose my mind.

I tend to think logically, but am also aware i can overthink situations. I assumed the bird was the vector, but with that logic, most of London would be infected. So I can only go from recent events. I've slipped somewhat. I've been feeling a lot better and apart from irritations on certain parts of my body, could function. For the sake of keeping this blog completely honest and for the benefit to those that read this presently and in the future, I had a few evenings of drinking alcohol, eating a meal or two that was not Keto and a day of not having access to the supplements. Incredibly foolish, but also a very important reminder to stay on the course, to not be fooled into a false sense of security and to maintain discipline in the face of temptation. On the same day that the crawling happened, I had eaten a kebab roll, meat/salad/ in a bread wrap at lunch. It was a team lunch and to my disappointment amongst all the stalls, there wasn't much, if any Keto choices. No excuse as i can always make a choice and find something, but for the sake of not marking myself out from the get go and also in light of previous weeks eating habits, I purchased and ate it, incidentally whilst I was walking through the alley.

I am human, but I want to believe that I learn from my mistakes. On some subconcious level I was also experimenting with how my body responded and the results empathically said what I had done was wrong. It also strengthens my belief, as has been written many times on this forum, that as you strengthen from within, your environment becomes less of an issue. As i undermined my body and the protocol with a few moments of weakness, it opened up susceptibility to the pathogens that infected me in the first instance.

I am steadfast on the protocol. I have given up extra curricular activities that would prevent me from getting home at a time to get a good night of sleep. I cook my meals and bring them to work and i am revisiting my yoga practice in the next week.

Everything happens for a reason. I have grown closer spiritually. I understand my priorities and look to more than the material. Life is a journey.

Oh on Sundays call Jamie was talking about Donald's bread, is there a link?

Love to you all!

All glory to God.
