So sorry to learn that you have been going through a “rough patch.” There seem to be A LOT of rough patches in this journey, which makes it SO challenging. Just when you think you are making progress, MD rears its ugly head.

Keep the faith and reach out whenever you need to. There are a lot of people ready and willing to support you, including myself!
