This full moon has been a pretty strong one. Dry skin on my neck accompanied by dry skin and some fissures on my stomach, spots on my chest and bouts of nausea and fatigue. Some crawling sensations.
A lot of gas as well which can lead to the nausea but it's what is killing them so alllll goood :)
Back on a strict regime. Incorporated lots of raw garlic and spices back into my diet alongside cistus incantus tea. Unloading the arsenal.
