Thank you for the lovely messages, very much appreciated. So, an update. Skin problems didn't abate as I thought they would, the dry, part flaky/part scaly skin spread to pretty much most of my body and when i stretched out or held a certain pose, the skin would itch and be quite uncomfortable. Rubbing coconut oil into the skin morning and night didn't seem to clear it. I figured perhaps the skin issue is due to the higher load of detoxing I expected. It is after all our largest organ and an important part of the bodys ability to rid itself of toxins. I've been loading up with copius amounts of raw garlic, ginger and herbs with each meal along with the WPS, extension kit and cistus incanus tea. Last night I took a WPS bath (first two at slightly lower drops didn't seem to have much of an effect) but it appears there was some release last night. The bath itself, had perhaps a couple of black dots floating about, but it was after, when I decided on a whim to rub some coconut oil again into my skin, a flood of black dots, fibres came out. Good stuff! Glad it was able to come out. Skin on those areas is slightly better, more to come no doubt. [A note on WPS baths - please do not commence them until after a certain point on being on the protocol and spoken to Mel first] On the topic of Mel, I've really benefitted from speaking to him regularly. His advice has helped enormously - particularly starting a food journal! Appreciate his time and friendship. Other developments, this lockdown has given a lot of time to think about what is important. The yoga centre I attend had to close down and all classes shifted online. It's nice to see familiar faces but not quite the same. I've missed the physical interaction. I've kept a regualr meditation practice and started understanding the importance of going within (particuarly when you may not be able to go out - to coin the phrase of a talk to be held on sunday). I've also taken up running. I used to be a cross country runner back at secondary school - a very long time ago - but as i run through the streets, up and down hills, I recognised a feeling that I used to have when I ran through the woods; freedom, exhiliration, a quiet of the mind. I've built up to 2 miles a day which isn't bad. The sweat and endorphins is lovely. I also have a few books that I intend to get through, one being Robert Scott Bell's (when it arrives) - was very impressed and inspired by that call, not just by our esteemed speaker, but also by the great questions that were raised and answered [here's looking at you Donald :)]. I've also got books on taoism and astrology to read. I plan to set aside the time to get through them when I lay down for the WPS. Love to you all. All glory to God | |||
