So it apprears after an absence I re-joined the call which was for women's only. Apoligies ladies, I was only there a little while.
An update to share, the dizzyness and nausea passed for now. I usually have bad hayfever, last year was very bad to the point anti-histamines didnt work. This year next to nothing so far - very grateful - and i truly believe it is the bio terrain which is the root of a lot of allergies. After being on the protocol for nearly a year, I feel a stronger bio terrain.
However, i sprayed a spray to clean a wall two days ago other than kleen green and my body reacted. it was by a company that is meant to be natural, but it's anything but. I found out this company was bought on the downlow by S C Johnson a few years back and they've had free reign to poison peoples environments under the mask of a natural spray since. The smell just won't go, it's unnatural, this artificial smell of 'wild rhubarb'. The first night, my eyes were itchy and lungs irritated. The next day i was scrubbing down with water, and then finally with vingear and baking soda. The latter appears to work, though left it's own smell of vinegar and baking soda lol. Be careful what you put into your environments! |
