Glad to see that you had posted! It’s been a while since I have heard you on a call!
Sounds like a good thing to me if the black strands are coming OUT of you. You certainly don’t want them to stay inside! I’m not a tremendous “skin purger,” although I do have the sand-like particles and what appears to be small white fibers exit my skin, especially from my lower legs. It used to upset me; now I am just glad that they don’t appear to want to be inside me anymore!
I get the slimy stuff on my face, too. I think that is pretty common because I know other people who experience the same thing. Could very well be biofilm. Once again—whatever it is, it is on the OUTSIDE!
I hope it isn’t as crazy in England as it is here in the States. It seems to me that America has lost its grip just a little bit! I always wonder what the rest of the world must think!
