Wow this hot weather!
Hope everyone is doing alright :)
So i'm a little perplexed. Made good progress over the last year only for this last week to explode into action. It's hot, I'm sweating buckets, but it seems with the pores opening, up comes a flood of black bits and bobs. Its on my hands, face, chest and back. I could be wiping down my hands and then half an hour of sweating it needs wiping down again. The skin appears rough and sticky, biofilm I suppose.
I've been sticking hard to the diet, protocol and WPS. I don't understand how I have such an abundance of black bits and biofilm all of a sudden purging from me. It's been 13 months. It was relatively quiet before the heat and the sweating.
I'll be joining the calls again, it;s been intense going. I just want to beat this!
