To encourage you, I believe that you have returned to a detoxing phase. Remember to hydrate. Follow Teas suggestion to diffuse oils and if you can, invest in a medical grade air purifier. If you cannot afford the purifier, you might take your discovery towards specific house plants that actually can remove Mycoplasma and Mold spores from your inside air. I believe that plants can be just as effective as HEPA filter purifiers.
Sounds like you now better understand the disease as simply a toxic overload that will return if we lose the integrity of our internal terrain. It takes diligence and conviction to healthy habits that keep us in balance....what we then call "remission."
