I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits.
I am sorry it's been so long since my last post. I have in recent months had a set back whilst working on my vegetable garden. Neglecting to wear gloves or cover my arms properly I developed two new bulls eye rashes. I also forwent wearing a mask when working with moldy woodchip and grass whilst building a new vegetable bed, which has brought on additional symptoms.
It's thrown me. However, back on the protocol and incredibly grateful for the wisdom and fellowship of Mel and this community. To anyone reading this new to the community, or indeed in their midst of their healing journeys, you are in the right place. We are all here to support you and each other.
