Today has been one of those days having to remind myself that healing isn't linear and there are setbacks but you keep moving forward.
Emotionally I've had to adjust to letting go of a partner, and wishing her the best with the person she is now with. He seems like a good guy and treats her really well, and is able to provide for her in ways that I can't right now. It added to feelings of powerleness and isolation. Listening to gospel music has really helped restore my emotional terrain.
I am incredibly grateful to keep moving forward. I am trialling the silver gel that was recommended on a patch of skin on my hand today, will apply morning and in the evening. I tried stopping the irrigating of my ears with silver, after three weeks, but I felt some discomfort and swelling so keeping it up.
I have a patch of dry skin on the knuckle of my right hand which has been cycling between dry skin, scabbing, new skin and then goes back into the cycle. Will try the silver gel if the other areas of my hand respond well.
Thank you Lord for your blessings, your love, your support and your hand, walking this path with me, with us. Thank you.
Thank you Mel.
God Bless all,
Timothy
