Hi everyone,
I hope as always that you are in good spirits.
I am starting to feel quite down but hanging in there. I've not been outside or had much physical contact with people the last weeks outside of the visits to the hospital. I will try and go for a short walk tomorrow when it is quieter.
The wounds on my right and left hands have started to heal with the bandages coming off, but as they are over the flexible parts - wrist and knuckle they opened up again and had to rebandage. I hope that they gradually heal more, or speedily, please speedily! It makes everyday activities hard. I've had to ask a family member to come as the wounds on the left hand are quite large.
dry skin and red spots on the tops of both feet near the ankles, started to creep up the achilles part. fine during the day, but getting in to bed and my feet warm up, super itchy. Kept me up for hours, but last night applying moisturising cream helped and I fell asleep.
Appetite has fallen off a cliff, forced myself to eat one meal yesterday and haven't eaten today.
I also want to sincerely apologise for any past wrongdoings or offense on my part. I wish nothing but healing for everyone in this community and sending lots of love and support.
Grateful for this community, all of the wisdom and the fellowship on our journeys.
